KB Lashes processes orders Monday through Friday.
Orders will be processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Saturday,
Sunday and all Canadian and US stat holidays will be processed the following
business day.

CANADIAN SHIPPING
All Canadian orders are shipped through Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. Delivery times and prices depend on location and weight. Shipping rates calculated at checkout. *Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day.
Additional charges may apply for extra large orders.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS
KB Lashes is not responsible for any customs charges or fees incurred upon the arrival of your package. Once the package has left our facility import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” and prices cannot be altered on packing slips.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees or any other charges that might be incurred
by international shopping please speak to your local postal or customs office for
more information.
Should you refuse to pay custom fees or other charges upon delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.
